Refunds for unused first purchases
A first subscription charge or one-off Usage Credit pack may be eligible within 14 calendar days when the purchase is completely unused.
SEO Dispatch provides digital subscriptions and Usage Credits. There are no physical goods to return.
Eligible purchases
The first paid subscription charge for a workspace, or a one-off Usage Credit pack, when the workspace owner asks within 14 calendar days of the charge.
What unused means
No Usage Credits from that purchase were reserved or spent, and no Guide generation or other paid supplier work began for that purchase.
After use begins
Once any part of a purchase is consumed, SEO Dispatch does not promise a full or partial discretionary refund.
Renewals and cancellation
Renewal charges are ordinarily non-refundable. Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal but does not by itself request a refund.
Request a review
The workspace owner should email legal@SEODispatch.app with the workspace and charge date. The Stripe customer portal manages cancellation, but it does not submit or approve a refund request.
Do not send your password, full card number, API keys, or other credentials.
