FAQ · SEO Dispatch
Straight answers about the free check, waitlist, Fix Guides, Search Console, and how we differ from big SEO suites. For billing, cancel, and refunds, see Pricing and Refunds.
SEO Dispatch checks your public site, finds the few SEO and AI-discovery issues that matter most, and ranks what to fix first. The free check covers up to about 10 pages, shows your top findings with no account, and gives you a fix prompt you can copy. We never publish to your CMS, open a pull request, or push changes for you. Step-by-step Fix Guides (for human review before you apply a change) are part of Pro early access on the waitlist, not the free check.
People who own or run one primary site: a local business, small shop, founder marketing site, or a site you shipped with AI or no-code tools and need search and crawlers to find. It is built for individual site owners who want a short, honest list of what to fix first. It is not an agency suite for many client accounts, and it is not a full keyword-research platform.
No. Paste a public URL, run the check, and read your top findings with no signup and no card. The free path checks up to about 10 pages and surfaces the highest-priority issues first. An account and the waitlist are for everything beyond that free snapshot (full report when checkout opens, workspace, and Pro early access).
Free is a bounded public snapshot: we check up to about 10 pages on one website, show your top 3 fixes fully readable, and never ask for an account or a card. We do not change your site.
Full report (US$9, one-time) is Coming soon. When checkout opens it is meant to unlock every finding from the check (not only the top 3), a fix prompt you can copy per finding, Save as PDF, and a Check again window. Join the waitlist if you want early access. We are not taking purchase for the full report right now.
Pro (US$29/mo) is on the waitlist for early access. When invites open, Pro is meant to include Search Console-weighted priorities, human-reviewed Fix Guides, and a 28-day style check after you fix. Pro is not open to buy yet. Do not treat listed prices as an open checkout button.
No. SEO Dispatch does not open pull requests, push to WordPress, call CMS write APIs, or auto-apply fixes. That is a hard line versus tools that ship changes or open PRs for you. Fix Guides are written for human review. You (or your developer) apply changes in your own builder, CMS, or repo. We never publish to your site.
Connecting asks Google for Search Console access so we can list your verified sites and pull performance data (queries, pages, coverage signals) to prioritise what matters on your property. If you choose Add site, we can register that property in your Search Console and help you verify ownership so data can flow. Connecting is not a publish path to your website. We still never edit or publish your site. Do not describe this as “read-only only”: Add site can register a property when you choose it.
A Fix Guide is a step-by-step fix for one specific finding on one specific URL. It is meant for human review before anything changes on the live site. A typical guide names the URL and the issue, shows the evidence we saw, gives concrete steps (what to change and where), and states how you will know it worked. Example shape: “On /pricing, Product structured data is missing an image field. Add the field with your product image URL, then re-check.” Guides do not auto-apply. When Pro is open, you can verify later with a 28-day style check.
Yes, if the site is public on the web. Builders are great at shipping pages; they often leave gaps that crawlers and search care about: weak or missing titles, incomplete structured data (schema), indexability problems (robots, noindex, canonicals), and AI bot access rules. We check what crawlers and search can see and show what to fix so search and AI answers can find your pages. We do not replace your builder. AI answer visibility is experimental and site-specific; core page quality is still the base. We do not claim we control how ChatGPT or other assistants will describe your brand.
Ahrefs and Semrush are broad SEO suites: large keyword databases, competitive research, backlink graphs, and many reports. SEO Dispatch is narrower on purpose. We check your site (up to about 10 pages on the free path), surface the few issues that matter most for that site, and turn chosen fixes into human-reviewed Fix Guides. We never publish to your site. If you need deep keyword research or link prospecting across the web, use a suite. If you own one site and want a short fix list plus guides you can apply yourself, that is our lane.
You join with the email you will use for SEO Dispatch. There is no open self-serve signup yet; /signup is the waitlist for now. When early access is ready, we send an invite to that email. We do not promise a fixed calendar date. Pro is US$29 per month when your invite lands. Until then, you can still run the free check anytime. Billing, cancel, and refunds are covered on Pricing and Refunds, not here.
No. Industry write-ups are often uncontrolled, and many change several things at once, so a single percentage is not a forecast for your site. We measure this property with crawl evidence, Search Console, your Focus, and demand gates. For the wider evidence landscape, see our post on how SEO evidence is usually built, and the SEO Meta Study (Ovisy): 9,249 documents analysed; 1,391 that measured something; 552 primary sources; 769 clusters that passed evidence gates; 182 tactic entries (https://ovisy.hr/seo-meta-study.pdf).
More on plans and billing is on Pricing. Refunds and cancel are on Refunds.
